Women Arise is headed up by Anne Simpson-Phillipson - based in Suffolk, England. Anne is a Pastor and evangelist with a prophetic mantle on her life.   She has ministered internationally to both men and women and holds a licence to minister credential with the Elim Pentecostal Church. She has a specific calling to teach and release the Anointing of the Holy Spirit and to release people into their callings. She is an author of a book on knowing the Holy Spirit, and has a desire to see women come into a closer relationship with the Lord and to discover the intimacy of his presence.
